Beginners Strength Training and Fitness

This class is designed for teens ages 13 and up who are looking to get started on a life long commitment to Physical Fitness. With the support and attention of a Certified Personal Trainer to keep you motivated this ongoing program will teach the most efficient ways to lose weight, increase energy and build strength.

Circuit Training
Ages 13 & up
Instructor: Calvin Mack
Circuit training is a great boredom buster. Moving quickly from one exercise to the next through a circuit of strengthening and cardio exercises repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets allows you to complete a full body workout in just a half hour. Perfect for people who say they don’t have time to work out!
